How much should I expect to pay for a 10X10 storage unit in a small town?

I don’t know the cost of living or what area you live in, but I’ve rented a storage unit this size 4 or 5 times in my life temporarily in two different states and have paid anywhere from 30-45 per month. The $45 was this past summer and my location is now just outside a large metropolitan area, so when you say small town, you may be able to find a better price than that!
